San Miguel Ranch is a community in the eastern region of Chula Vista, California which offers some of the newer homes in the city. Residents enjoy many amenities and are close to services.
There were four new neighborhoods in this community as of 2015 with about 1,400 homes. You’ll find a variety of real estate including large estates on ranch style lots and multi-family complexes. Home owners are attracted to the breath taking views of the Pacific Ocean, downtown lights, and the San Diego Bay. Residents have access to a community swimming pool, children’s water park, tot lot, spa, gymnasium, and tennis court. The clubhouse is also available to rent for weekends and special events.
Many of the homes were built by Continental Homes, Trimark Pacific, Buie Communities, and Shea Homes. San Miguel Ranch was created with nature in mind. The natural habitats and ridgelines have been preserved. While the local plants and animals are protected, residents can enjoy the six miles of trails and over 2,000 acres of open space that will not be built on in future years.
